Flat Ride Names and Workshop Blueprints
Start your Planet Coaster 2 all flat rides checklist with Hellion Ring, Synchronise 2, Fourth Wall, Cinema, and bumper cars. Separate the underlying ride model from its Workshop blueprint name so you know what you’re placing. That distinction matters when comparing prices, ride ratings, and elaborate scenery packages.
These names identify different attractions and decorated builds:
- Hellion Ring: The ride model used in the Throwing Knives Hellion Ring blueprint.
- Synchronise 2: The model beneath Loki, a Norse-themed build with synchronized flame and water effects.
- Fourth Wall: A flat ride with sequences including Spin Cabin and Raise Up and Spin Down.
- Cinema: A flat ride whose custom music functionality received a fix alongside Fourth Wall.
- Bumper cars: An attraction you can customize with a surrounding pavilion and scenery attached directly to its vehicles.
Workshop names describe individual creations. Downloading Loki gives you a themed Synchronise 2 build; it doesn’t introduce a separate ride model.

Compare Two Flat Ride Blueprints
Throwing Knives Hellion Ring and Loki offer a useful comparison because both have specific build costs and ride ratings.
Image: Steam / Frontier Developments
| Blueprint | Ride model | Build cost | Excitement | Fear | Nausea |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Throwing Knives Hellion Ring | Hellion Ring | $6,328.50 | 4.13 | 5.00 | 4.48 |
| Loki | Synchronise 2 | $10,163.50 | 2.97 | 3.0 | 2.02 |
Throwing Knives Hellion Ring has higher Excitement, Fear, and Nausea ratings in this comparison, while Loki costs more to place. The Hellion Ring blueprint also has a runtime of 144.35 seconds. These values belong to the named builds, rather than every possible configuration of their ride models.
Test Workshop blueprints in Sandbox before spending your campaign budget. Blueprint browsing doesn’t display every ride statistic or build price, so placing and testing a creation lets you inspect those details.
Remove unwanted set dressing and resave the blueprint if you want a less expensive version or a different theme. Compare the resulting price with the original before bringing it into your working park.
Fourth Wall and Cinema Fixes
The August 25, 2026 Update 11 Hotfix 15 corrected two issues that matter when configuring these attractions.
Image: Steam / Frontier Developments
Fourth Wall’s Spin Cabin sequence now performs the intended action. Previously, selecting it triggered Raise Up and Spin Down instead. Revisit the sequence settings on an existing build if its movement was designed around that earlier behavior.
The same hotfix restored custom music playback for Fourth Wall and Cinema. Use those music options when matching either attraction to its surrounding themed area.
Turn a Flat Ride Into a Themed Attraction
Planet Coaster 2 lets you attach scalable scenery directly to rides. Bumper cars make a useful example: you can build a vintage pavilion around the arena and decorate the cars themselves as old-fashioned electric carriages.
Image: Steam / Frontier Developments
Start with the building’s proportions. Shape a repeatable section using pillars, an arch, and trim, then duplicate it across the facade. Keep the entrance visually distinct, and place decorative roof features where guests can actually see them from the park.
For the vehicles, combine basic shapes into a grille, add vents and small lights, and use decorative wheels to complete the carriage appearance. Twinning repeats scenery across cars within a section. Inspect the other sections afterward so the remaining vehicles match.
Finish the surrounding space with a few targeted passes:
- Carry colors through the build. Repeat facade colors on window frames, signs, and vehicle details.
- Connect the queue visually. Extend the pavilion’s flooring and architectural style toward its entrance.
- Check nighttime lighting. Reduce bulbs if signs and interior displays become washed out by glare.
- Inspect from guest height. Use first-person viewing to assess sightlines through the pavilion and the backdrop behind the cars.
Save the finished attraction as a blueprint when you want to reuse the combined ride and scenery design.
